Captioning your videos not only increases views + watch time, but also helps with your SEO and gives you an easier way of upcycling content. I use Otter.ai for all of my YouTube videos + market research calls and love them!

ECAMM

My favourite live streaming software for Facebook. Overlay branding, share your screenm interview guests – it’s got the lot. Mac only, if you’re PC I recommend BeLive instead!

VIMEO

If you need to store and then embed high quality videos for your website or online courses, you can’t go past vimeo — their privacy and player settings are so much more flexible that YouTube.

EPIDEMIC SOUND

My favourite place for amazing royalty free music and sound effects. Their creator subscription is perfect for YouTube channels plus gives you podcast licensing too.

MEMBERVAULT

In my opinion, this is the only course or membership hosting platform you’ll ever need. It’s flexible, affordable, effective — and the customer service is mind-blowing. LOVE IT.

THRIVECART

If you need to build a shopping cart into your website so you can self-host your sales (as opposed to using Shopify or WooCommerce) this one is the real deal.

This is a Rode swivel arm that holds my microphone (attaches to desk)
rode-shock-mount
This shock mount is what holds the microphone and helps prevent sounds like you hitting your desk!
rode-procaster
My current podcasting microphone – amazing sound!
scarlett
You’ll need this if you buy the Rode Procaster as it processes the sound and passes it onto your computer.
pop-filter
Pop-filters are essential for podcasting!
cable
You’ll need an XLR cable for the Rode mic too.
