The Mission

To help entrepreneurs and creative freelancers become known as the go-to experts in their niche so they can make a positive impact on the world while getting paid to do what they love.

The Vision

We want to make a meaningful difference in the world – beyond our own backyard. And since we know that reach + revenue = impact, our vision is broken down into 5 key areas:

  1. Help 10,000 entrepreneurs get paid to do what they love (either in the form of a full-time living to replace their 9-5 or as a supplementary side-hustle that helps them improve their lifestyle)
  2. Hit 1,000,000 YouTube views & 100,000 podcast downloads (free content available to support those without financial means to invest in training yet)
  3. Generate AUD $1,000,000 in total revenue by June 30, 2023 while maintaining a lean, virtual team
  4. AUD $100,000 donated to charity by June 30, 2023 so our impact reaches beyond our clients
  5. Use our platform to give a voice to those who need it by partnering with brands and NFP organisations whose values align with ours

The Values

INTEGRITY – We say what we mean and mean what we say. Everything we do and create is to the best of our ability and we’re always ready to accept feedback (even if it stings) in order to come good on that promise.

TRANSPARENCY – We’re open and honest about our journey, our numbers, our process, our partnerships and even entrepreneurship in general because there’s already too much BS and fluff clogging up the internet! 

EDUCATION – We’re always learning as we believe it’s the key to growth, wisdom and fulfilment. We make sure that every piece of content create provides education to help better our audience and clients. 

GROWTH – We believe growth is the key to happiness, so we’re always looking for ways to grow and encouraging our audience and clients to do the same. This also means looking for new ways to innovate and serve so our clients, whether through new offerings, technology or collaborations.

INCLUSIVITY – We believe everyone deserves to be treated with respect and to feel included. Some ways we do this are by providing transcriptions for all audio content, closed captioning for course content, respecting pronouns and gender identities, and providing products/services at a wide range of price points (including a TON of free content!)

The Personal Branding Project is proud to support One Girl, a non-profit organisation that harnesses the power of education to drive change for girls in Sierra Leone and Uganda. Because education is the key to eliminating gender inequality, to reducing poverty, and to creating a sustainable planet.

Right now 130 million girls around the world aren’t in school, simply because they were born a girl. But we’re working to change that.

One Girl believes that EVERY girl has the right to an education, no matter where she’s born, how much her parents earn, what her culture says, or what religion she adheres to. Every girl has the right to grow, learn, and be the best she can be.
