You’ve already got your sights set on what’s next – and whether it’s growing your team, scaling your offers, adding income streams or landing opportunities like speaking on international stages or landing interviews on big-name podcasts, you refuse to let yourself get complacent.

I don’t need to tell you that the challenges you’re facing today look and feel pretty different to the ones you overcame earlier on in your journey. But let’s take a look at some of the most common superpowers & struggles of an In-Demand Brand…

You wouldn’t be reading this if you weren’t already doing so many things right. So let’s highlight what’s working well right now and what to focus on in order to get to your next level.

Let’s start with where most people get stuck or off-track…

There’s no question you’re on fire right now and I am cheering you on like crazy. So let’s keep that momentum going by preventing any potential road blocks along the way. First up, a couple of problem areas for a lot of In-Demand Brands like you. If neither apply, awesome: keep scrolling to the next section!

REASON oNE:

Trying to just do more of what you’re already doing

Being consistent has brought you a long way, but as you’ve probably noticed, you eventually plateau. To truly reach your own next level, it’s going to require you optimizing what’s already working and then identifying what could be missing or holding you back. 

Messaging, positioning, delivery, pricing, content, social engagement, email open rates, your analytics… no stone should go unturned because you know better than anyone that a 1% improvement in conversion rates can make a huge difference to your bottom line.

And once you’ve done a clean sweep of what already exists, now it’s time to look for new strategies that will take you to your next milestone – whether that’s more traffic, new income streams, automated funnels or something else.

REASON TWO:

Not setting your team up for success

While it’s unlikely you’re still going completely solo, you may still be struggling to create the superteam you always dreamed of. This may be because you’re still hanging on to too many tasks that are outside your zone of genius, or you haven’t got SOPs in place that will allow you to bring on (or train up) the right people, or maybe you’re simply not sure how to best utilize their skills right now.

Setting your team up to not just support you but to truly build your brand and grow your business is the key to reaching your next level. Even if you want to keep things lean with your core team, you can still make sure you have specialists and contractors in place to support the strategy and implementation of high-value tasks you can’t execute in-house. Whatever you do: don’t become the bottleneck because you’re not prepared to take those extra steps to ensure you’re creating a dream team.

Self-Belief

You ARE your brand, so if you have stories running through your head about why you’re not good enough or you’re terrified of putting yourself out there, even the best brand strategy will be useless. 

We need to make sure you fully own your worth, see your value and confidently show up as the best version of yourself so you become a client and money magnet.

Strategy

Now you’ve started to own your identity as an In-Demand Brand, we can build out a strategy to increase your visibility, establish your authority, and turn superfans into paying clients.  

This is a 5 step process I created called “Get Clear, Get Seen, Get Heard, Get Paid, Repeat” and allows you to custom design a strategy that feels easy and aligned so you actually stick with it.

Support

This is not a journey you should be trying to tackle alone (unless you enjoy overwhelm, anxiety and burnout!) so at each stage, it’s important to create a support system designed to get you to your own next level knowing that we’re all different and one-size-fits-all solutions don’t work.

Support comes in all sorts of forms – from the training you need to up-skill and coaches to speed up your progress through to friendships and the team you’ll build.

Awesome. Now we’re on the same page, here are my recommendations for each area that will help you truly own your status as an In-Demand Brand:

Your Self-Belief Focus:

Reflect + Revisit

You wouldn’t be here if you hadn’t already done a ton of personal development work, so well done! Now it’s time to be observant – are there any triggers or stories you’re telling yourself that could block you from further growth?

One of the most beautiful things about building a personal brand is that we can evolve and pivot as much as we want – so don’t let yourself get locked in by expectations you set for yourself. Revisit your goals and ask yourself questions like: “Does this still light my soul on fire?” “Is this still aligned?”

Your Strategy Focus:

Optimize + Automate

At this point in the game, it’s time to put everything under a microscope and truly understand what’s getting you the best results and how to improve them further, and potentially ditch any strategies that aren’t getting you the ROI you want. I’m talking everything from email open & click-through rates through to tracking where every single subscriber is coming from. 

If you have a funnel that’s proven to convert, now’s your chance to automate it by taking it evergreen – or if you’re finding you funnel isn’t cutting the mustard anymore, re-designing it. 

Hot tip: Quiz funnels are one of the most effective as they not only get crazy high conversion rates (costing way less than trying to get webinar leads), they also segment your audience so you can put the right offers forward to the right people at the right time. And yes, you’re currently in a quiz inception 😉

Your Support Focus:

Build out your Superteam

I’m guessing you probably have plenty of experience working with coaches or in masterminds and are done with all the up-skilling and DIY, so this is where you get to reward yourself by hiring experts to take your brand to the next level, or even to train up your team so some of the work can be managed in-house. 

Ask yourself, where could my existing brand presence be letting me down? Website, visuals, social media, SEO, messaging, automation, emails, onboarding/offboarding… you get the idea.

And let’s not forget about making sure you’ve got SOPs created for everything so that repeatable tasks get taken off your hands, freeing you up to do more of what you do best: building relationships and making sales.
